Revision of restructuring (11/11/2016)

THOI BAO NGAN HANG - The restructuring program for the 2011-2015 period did not achieve its targets and has to be extended. The National Assembly has approved the 2016-2020 restructuring program with tasks and resolutions to accomplish the goals set in the 2013-2020 General Plan for Restructuring. This plan is to overcome the limitations in implementing the three pillars of the previous program and to meet the requirements of the 13th Congress of the Communist Party as well as the Resolution No. 86 of the National Assembly in a new context.
